More about the Board.
Financial stewardship is at the core of the Board’s responsibilities. The Board manages vendor contracts for common area landscaping, pool management, and other shared amenities of the neighborhood. The Board is committed to financial transparency - visit the Financial page for information about dues and the latest financial report.
Another important element of the Board is the Design Review Board (DRB). Led by a Board member, the DRB oversees individual property modifications to ensure neighborhood aesthetics remain within established development standards. Design consistency is an important factor of overall property value, so the work of the DRB matters for every neighbor. Examples of projects requiring approval by the DRB include changes to door colors or materials, decks, fencing, exterior lighting, and outbuildings.

Ensuring compliance with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) is the third key function of the Board. It’s important to familiarize yourself with the CCRs of Centennial to avoid violations - review the CCRs here. It’s also important to note that the Board doesn’t replace city services. Issues related to animals, parking, and other city ordinances should be handled directly through the city. Click here for a full list of City of Edmond ordinances and information on how to report violations, and take a look at this helpful list of city phone numbers by issue.

The Centennial HOA Board is a group of volunteers committed to preserving the culture of the community.
The Board meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Clubhouse. Meetings are open to all Members (that’s anyone that owns a home in Centennial), and offer a comprehensive overview of neighborhood news and operations. Monthly meetings are also a great opportunity to share any concerns, ideas, or questions directly with the Board.
