There are many benefits of living in Centennial - from pansies in the fall to crisp clean pool water in the summer - neighborhood aesthetics and shared amenities are an important part of the Centennial culture.
We all share a collective responsibility to maintain the culture of our neighborhood.
The Board acts as stewards of neighborhood finances by thoughtfully managing funds to ensure Centennial remains the neighborhood we all love.
An important note about expenses through 2020:
Through the end of 2020, the Centennial neighborhood Developer covered the cost of unexpected expenses outside of the neighborhood budget. These items included storm damage clean up, major pool repairs, and more. Because neighborhood development is now complete and an HOA is fully established, unexpected costs such as those listed above will be the full responsibility of the neighborhood HOA.
